After drinking 1.5 liters of oolong tea a day, for one month,  scientists found that those who those patients  experienced reductions in plasma glucose and fructosamine concentrations by 30% and 20% respectively A 2007 American study found that it reduces blood concentrations of triglycerides (the most common form of fat that exists in the body).  Oolong tea has been found to reduce cholesterol after one month of regular consumption!  It helps to lower blood pressure as well.
